Do Dentzap deal with insurance companies?

Yes. Once you have informed your insurer that you wish to use Dentzap, we can communicate directly with insurance companies and claim handlers to manage the repair process.

How long does it take for insurance repairs to be authorised?

Most insurance companies authorise repairs within a few days. During busier periods, this can take up to one to two weeks depending on the insurer.

How does payment work for insurance repairs?

Once repairs are completed, you simply pay your insurance excess. The insurance company then pays the remaining balance directly to Dentzap.
